Fun Stuff

The leaves are falling, the air is crisp, and Milton is easing into the holiday season! This November brings plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy the community before winter settles in.

Remembrance Day Parade

Each November, Milton comes together to honour those who served and sacrificed. This year, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 136 will host the parade on Sunday, November 8th. The parade will begin at 1:30pm, marching from the Legion on Charles Street to the Victoria Park Cenotaph beside Town Hall for a memorial service and wreath laying.

On Wednesday, November 11, take a moment to pause, wear your poppy proudly, and join neighbours at a local ceremony. It is one of the most meaningful days on Milton’s calendar and a beautiful way to show gratitude as a community.

Milton Santa Claus Parade

Santa is coming to town! The beloved Milton Santa Claus Parade returns on Sunday, November 15 at 1:30 pm. The parade starts at Main Street West and Whitmer Street, travels east along Main Street, and wraps up at the Milton GO Station.

This year’s theme is “Your Favourite Christmas Stories,” so get ready to see classic holiday tales come to life on Main Street. Bring your non-perishable donations for the “Stuff a Bus” drive supporting the Salvation Army Food Bank, and arrive early to grab a great spot along the route.
