Our team approach means each person brings their unique abilities and strengths together to enhance the client’s experience.  You can feel calm knowing that our strong systems & structure allows us to handle the hundreds of details that come up in a typical real estate transaction.

How does it work with a team versus an individual agent?

Imagine your experience with us like you’re a passenger in an airplane.  A nice airplane.  With plush leather seats.  First-class of course!

You have a “captain” agent that will be working with you throughout the entire process.  You also have a group of “co-captains” who are also able to fly the plane very well when your agent is sick, or they’re unable to help for any reason because of scheduling conflicts.

Our “flight staff” includes our front desk and administrative staff, who are able to help you with all of the day-to-day activities.  This includes providing feedback to our sellers, printing and delivering marketing materials, and arranging home showings and looking up information about homes that have sold in the area.  They would also make sure you are on track with handy checklists and reminders, and they’ll make sure the lawyers, mortgage reps and everybody else has the correct paperwork.

It’s our job to make sure nothing gets missed, and that you’re safe and protected throughout your “flight” with our team.

We’ll stay in touch to make sure all the details are handled. There will be multiple team members making sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. We’ll even take care of your food on closing day, and stay in touch if there are any issues.
