How does it work with a team versus an individual agent?
Imagine your experience with us like you’re a passenger in an airplane. A nice airplane. With plush leather seats. First-class of course!
You have a “captain” agent that will be working with you throughout the entire process. There’s also a group of “co-captains” who are also able to fly the plane very well when your agent is sick, or they’re unable to help for any reason because of scheduling conflicts. You always get to choose who you work with on our team. There’s no passing along to junior assistants… all of our agents are very qualified, full-time agents who are 110% committed to their real estate career.
Your “flight staff” includes our front desk and administrative staff, who are able to help you with all of the day-to-day activities. This includes providing feedback from buyer showings, printing and delivering marketing materials, and arranging home showings and looking up information about homes that have sold in the area. Many of our clients will copy our admin staff on emails to agents, because they know how valuable they are in getting answers quickly.
Your admin team will also make sure you are on track with handy checklists and reminders, and they’ll make sure the lawyers, mortgage reps and everybody else involved receives the correct copies of all paperwork.
It’s our job as a team to make sure nothing gets missed, and that you’re safe and protected throughout your journey with our team. Having a group of organized, specialized staff gives us a much better chance to create that wonderful experience that you want to share with your friends, family and neighbours.
