We're a learning-based team, and we invest heavily in the best coaching in the industry. We believe in constant improvement every day, plus regular weekly mastermind and training sessions to stay sharp.
Administrative Support
We believe agents are here to do agent things. Let us take care of the paperwork and details. You should be showing homes, writing offers and meeting people. Plus, we have pre-planned client events, mailouts and drop-offs every month for YOUR clients to increase your repeat and referral business. We also have a large warehouse of staging materials and a staging team that takes care of getting our homes ready for sale. That's hard to do when you don't have a team.
Fun Environment
We're a close-knit team, and we like to have fun together. We work hard, and we're a little goofy. When we hit a big goal as a team, we celebrate by doing something special, like a trip or a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
We prefer some industry experience, but a few of our agents have entered our team brand new after getting their license.
