This just in… MiltonTV is reporting that there is a new record for condo prices in Milton, Ontario.
Melissa Cherry, a sales partner with the Charlton Advantage Real Estate Team and Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty, has recently sold a fixer-upper condominium in Milton for $5 million dollars, breaking the previous record of just over $1 million dollars.
We got some feedback from Melissa, along with local top agent Dwayne O’Sullivan and the buyers of the condo, to find out all the details of the sale.
