The market is being boosted through the winter by low inventory, and multiple offers have returned at certain price points where there are buyers, but very few choices. When a good home gets listed, the “feeding frenzy” can take place… particularly if the listing agent understands positioning and marketing very well.

In November, prices jumped up by about $10,000 compared to the month before.
