Sometimes I look at certain properties and locations and if they’re not currently worth a million dollars, I imagine how long it would take (if ever) for someone to write a cheque for the property for a cool seven figures. Well, one of today’s homes is looking at a MASSIVE upside and the potential to be THE street to live on in the future. The lots are fantastic, and it’s so close to everything, protected by greenspace on all sides.
Besides that, two really well-priced condo townhouses, which should both do well because of the extreme lack of inventory right now… and the semi-detached on Hepburn looks like a VERY good deal, especially with the finished basement for $434,900.
