Well, yesterday I officially pulled a Ferris Bueller and took the day off. The nerd in me decided to watch a documentary about the Universe, written by Stephen Hawking – here’s a link. While I was away, we listed a great new townhouse on Baverstock. Funny story about that. When we fact checked the listing, it turned out the ladies at the front desk put it in as “Beaver”-stock, and in the comments it said they had “Extra Panty Space”. We just can’t make this stuff up!
Anyhow, the Buyer Class is moved to next Tuesday because I never considered how I would drive back from my conference in Niagara on Thursday night… and we’ve got a great list, including an amazing renovation on Elliott Crescent in Dorset Park, plus a townhouse with unbelievable views of a park and the Escarpment for under $350k, and I’ll dissect a nice Mattamy floor plan and show you why it’s unique and great.
