I think by now it’s pretty clear that I’m a big fan of the bungalow in Drury Park backing onto a forest. Well, FINALLY there are some photos, and I even found a hidden benefit that wasn’t there last time – a mostly finished rec room in the basement! It’s like the cherry on top of a delicious sundae. Besides that, there are two homes in Dorset Park, a potential good deal on Bussel if the garage is a true double garage, two townhouses around the $350k mark, and a double garage siding onto a park. It’s a good one!
In other news, we’re listing a townhouse at 362 Baverstock Crescent on Monday, and we’re doing a special preview open house on Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 to 3:30 pm both days for MDH viewers ONLY. You get FIRST crack before any other buyers. Here’s a link to the photos and a map to get there. It’s 1360 sq.ft. with hardwood floors, a great open concept layout and two full washrooms upstairs, around the corner from a huge family park, with great access to the 401. They’re listing at $395,000, but the EXACT same model with similar features just sold around the corner for $401,000 a few weeks ago.
