If you’re looking at buying a home this year, when is the best time to start looking? I get this question a lot at this time of year… so I’ll share some thoughts at the beginning of today’s video.
Plus, we had some great feedback from the weekend email about the couple who bought in 2008, and how they did five years later. Many people said that was almost exactly how it happened for them too (including the $160k profit). It was interesting to see some comments about bubbles bursting and 50% price drops, too. Look, I don’t have a crystal ball, but in this video, I’ll tell you the ONE thing I’m watching really closely that’s most likely to predict when there will be downward pressure on prices.
