There’s quite a few notables in this list… really strong Friday group. I love the price point of the condo that starts us off, and it compares very well with other buildings, even without considering the lowest condo fees in Canada. And the finishes are delightful too. There’s a 1950 square foot end-unit townhouse for $409k that seems like amazing value for the size, and there’s a home on Pettigrew that’s close to every possible amenity you could hope for. I often wonder this about the homes on the “east side” of town… you probably save 10 minutes each way if you’re heading into Toronto or Mississauga. What could you do with that time? Time is the most precious resource we have… you can always find some way to adjust your earning of money, but each of us is limited to a finite amount of time.
Winter Crescent is another very strong pick today, with 2400 square feet, a double garage and a finished basement, and there’s a home on Queen in downtown Milton that could be a renovator’s dream. All-in-all I’m very impressed.
