The home at 620 Ferguson #111 didn’t sell at $449 (for whatever reason), so it’s back on the market and NOT holding back on offers. Amazing! For the size, it’s REALLY well priced.
I’m going to see Coulson tonight, and no mention of holding back on offers there either. Happy day, happy day!
Andrews? Well, they’re holding back until December 7th. Third time wasn’t a charm, unfortunately.
