So far August is shaping up to be a pretty good month for properties!
There are two very nice Dorset Park homes on big lots for under $450k, and the double garage on Hepburn also looks much more appealing than the exact same floor plans for $35,000 more. Costigan makes the home we’re selling just down the road look like a killer deal for $30,000 less, and if you like indoor pools, there’s a really nice one on Limestone. And I’ll show you why I like that location so much.
