I’m quite impressed with this list, and we can easily say it’s the best list in August so far. 🙂
The Quincy Corner on Bessy looks good, but that double garage is completely hidden in photos and in the listing data. Rigo has an excellent finished basement, but don’t expect to be able to legally rent it out. And Valleyview has one of the nicest backyards we’ve seen in a long time. They’re holding back on offers, and I could see it going above OR below asking. But I believe that was the right strategy given the lack of many recent similar sales.
And some of the things you’ll learn about today: lower-value square footage versus higher-value square footage, which townhouses give your neighbour direct access to your yard (legally), what buyers want more than anything in the upper price range, and how much more homes with professional photos sell for.
