The property on Derry Road is the home of a former professional athlete. Back in the 90’s it must have been one heck of a sight to see. Some of the elements are a little dated, but at least the current listing is bringing some sexy back.
I was doing some research about semi-detached homes on the weekend, and my findings were surprising. There’s HOT and then there’s SEMI HOT. Wowzers. When I looked at those numbers, the home on Collis certainly appears to be a killer deal.
Even though there are 23 properties in today’s list, I only discussed three of them. The third one could be a bit of a circus on offer night, and I have two major concerns about it. More in the video. Thanks for watching!
