Two strong picks in Dempsey, which I would argue is the most conveniently located neighbourhood in Milton. Fitzgerald might receive Pick of the Day accolades, and Woodward ups the ante with a finished basement and a pool.
And if you want something rare… get ready for a condo townhouse for $299k. But when they take offers on MONDAY (not Sunday night), be prepared to spend more. Same with Pharo… the first digit will increase from a 3 to a 4 on offer night.
It’s a big list today with 20 properties… I’m pretty sure that’s the biggest list of the year (so far). Maybe some inventory will loosen things up a bit in the market. The tale of 2016 seems to be strong demand mixed with very low selection.
