The big story today seems to be the low priced detached homes – one on Pollock Gate for under $500k, and another one on Laurier that will tick a lot of boxes. Many people don’t realize that there’s only ONE home for sale in the mature neighbourhoods (Old Milton, Dorset Park, Timberlea, Bronte Meadows) for every TEN in the new areas. So there’s some built-in scarcity that can really accelerate the results in the older neighbourhoods, especially if you have a move-in ready home on a decent lot.

Plus, if you know someone who wants a bungalow, I’ll give you the location of the only adult community in Milton… that hardly anybody knows about. It’s called Drury Park, and it’s so popular that most of the sales happen “off market” through word of mouth. Anyway… you have a few days before this one takes offers. It’s a solid investment to get into this area.

And I’m in love with the big front door on Cedar Trail in Tuscany Ridge, but I could just imagine it creaking shut and that thing on the bed chasing me around. Zoinks!
