We’ve got a ten pack of goodness today, including a smaller 2-bedroom bungalow just off Main that would be a perfect option for a downsized, and I love the price at $369k with zero condo fees. Bonus: It’s just a few doors down from Knead to Balance, which is an excellent place to get a massage and get your Pilates on.
There’s also a very nice semi-detached, 1800 square feet for $429k, which should go quickly. The home on Robertson has me interested (no photos yet), because the street is known as one of the best in town, and there’s also a double garage on Woodward with a MASSIVE 190 foot deep lot. The price seems like they low-balled it at only $479k, but there aren’t any inside shots. This is a very good list indeed!
