Today I’ll show you a neat way to find out where a townhouse is in a complex using the GIS map. There are certain developments where the direction you face REALLY matters. And one of today’s homes may have a lot of big vehicles driving by quite often… not something you can tell from an MLS listing or even from a short visit… but that’s why you tune in, right? 🙂
And we’ll examine the floor plan for a house that just listed without photos, and I’ll tell you why buyers have a real love/hate relationship with the way it’s set up on the main floor.
Finally, I’ll explain why the order of your photos is so important, and sometimes it’s better NOT to include certain photos if they won’t add any appeal.
