It’s very interesting to see how trends work. Today’s dark hardwood will be tomorrow’s grey carpet… and things seem to go in cycles. Even some of the homes that are 5-10 years old can experience a dramatic shift in what was cool. I’ll give you a funny example in the video.

And on the flipside, you can turn old into new like they did with the townhouse on Bronte. A slightly better renovation in that complex just sold for around the price they’re asking, so I think those two precedents will lift some of the sale prices at 235 Bronte.
