Some people have gotten the memo about the changing market, and others apparently have not.
And some sellers, like Van Fleet and Fourth Line, have dropped their prices to extremely low levels in an effort to capture some attention from their target audiences. Freehold townhouses and single garage detached homes have been some of the hardest hit from their peak prices, with weekly adjustments of $20k less.
When it will end… we have no idea. But in a changing market (and also with assignment sales like the last property), you need really good advice more than ever.
