Well well well… today’s list is a thing of beauty. Everybody took great photos, and we’ve got some very unique homes, including a townhouse with a double garage, a mixed-use commercial and residential home on a nice spacious lot with a basketball court, a detached home with a pie-shaped lot backing onto greenspace (that’s the double hammertime right there), and some development land.
Plus, I’ll give you another glimpse into how to check zoning. If you have empty land nearby, either you or your agent NEEDS to look into this stuff… or you could suffer the consequences.
