There’s a home in today’s list that ripped down a wall in order to make the layout more “open concept”. But the more I look at it, the more I wonder if that wall actually had a structural purpose in holding everything up. Maybe it’s reinforced somehow in the ceiling, but do your homework and get a home inspector with a real Engineering degree like Joe Seymour at 905-634-1414 (he’s awesome). I really like the look of “no wall”, and the price looks fair.

Plus, if you want to get into older Milton, we have something that’s pretty close to “entry point” on the liveable scale. You can buy for less, but there’s usually some issue with the home. Anyway, there’s even some upside if you want to improve it.

Oh and here’s a sneak peek at our newest listing at 782 Shortreed Crescent (more photos here).

And if you’re looking for an upscale bungalow, there’s a lovely Heathwood-built home in today’s list that should definitely attract attention. I’ll share my thoughts on who is likely to make an offer in the video.

This weekend if you’re coming to town, or if you want to know the right time to sell, reach out and give us a call at 905-693-9346. We will be delighted to help.
