Even though today is the third day with double-digit listings, it still feels like the shelves are mostly empty.
But if the trend continues and we see more listings next week, it will loosen things up a little bit and spread the buyers around.
In today’s episode, we start with a few townhouses that will sell for much more on offer night, two bungalows with some missing bedrooms (but nice finishes), and some double garages in the new areas, including one with a nearly 100-foot wide backyard.
On the ORTIS list (our “other” MLS system in Milton), there’s a home on Briar that can be a little tricky to evaulate. It has a smaller lot than most homes in the area, but it’s not really comparable to new homes because of the larger frontage and the age. Still, their price seems like it’s in-line with the market. And because it’s a little bit rare, it might sell for more.
