I’m a big fan of the lot on Easterbrook… it may not look like it from photos, but that lot is the same size as many of the “old Milton” properties, especially in the Bronte Meadows area.  They’re taking offers on the 13th.

And when you compare the last sale of the Plan 3 model to the one on Toletza landing, there’s about $100k difference.  Expect Toletza to sell for much more.  Offer night on this one is February 8th.

And this one on Cabot Trail popped up today on the Oakville-Milton MLS system.  It’s hard to find anything these days for less than $650k in Dorset Park, and the combination of NO PHOTOS and NO HOLDBACK ON OFFERS is the magic one-two combination that could make it a golden opportunity (see video for our theme song!).

Not to mention… when it’s only listed on the Oakville-Milton MLS, it loses a ton of exposure to the Toronto and Mississauga agents, who regularly use the Toronto MLS as their main data source, and do not belong to the Oakville-Milton real estate board.

Downside?  It looks like it backs onto Thompson Road.  But even still, this one COULD be a great deal.
