In today’s episode, we’re talking price strategy. This time of year is MUCH different than just a few months ago, and with the number of homes cancelling their low-priced listing and re-listing at higher numbers, I think the days of AUTOMATIC multiple offers are pretty much done.
Will there be multiple offers? Yes, absolutely. But it’s not a guarantee. And pricing too low is starting to show signs of actually HURTING a seller.
Be fair with your price, do a good job preparing and marketing your home, and you will always do well, no matter what market we’re in.
