Real estate negotiation will always be a very delicate, very human dance that can happen anytime & anywhere, and I worry that some companies have created “call centre” environments that might limit the bandwidth of success for clients.
Most of our biggest and best successes have happened after 8:00 PM, which happens to be precisely the time the Offer Assist call centre closes. I’m all for consumer choice and different business models, but I wonder how many people think about the logistics before signing up for the service.
Another big list today, and we’ve definitely noticed some changes out there. More listings, and less showings are becoming the norm. The Ontario government probably didn’t need to change anything, but they did. And we’ll discuss more in the next few days.
