Little things matter (a lot) when you list a home… and even though the particular homes I was being “particular” about are in a very active price range and will probably sell with a positive result, we can still look at some valuable lessons to help get your home ready.  I’m not worried about them selling, but there will come a time when it’s going to take a huge effort to get EVERY home sold, and it’s important to show up with the highest version of your house to get every single buyer in the range to take notice.
