Every so often, we discuss the topic of investment properties and second suites (aka “basement apartments”) on Daily Homes. Today I think there’s a really good listing on Hayward – the two entrances are already built, there’s a wider driveway, and lots of square footage. I’ve even see this style of home converted to THREE living areas.
