The word affordable is a relative term, but the majority of today’s list would be considered within the “go zone” for most first-time buyers looking under $450k. There are even two listings under $300k, which we don’t see often. Funny enough, even though there’s a $13k price difference, the higher priced one has lower condo fees by about $50 per month. All things being equal, I bet they’re within a few dollars of each other when you consider the total monthly cost. Small savings in maintenance fees can substantially adjust your purchase power.
