A lot of buyers ask us where they should buy – East side or West side of Milton? Tupac or Biggie? Well, it’s really one of those things where the benefits of each area are different… and they kind of cancel each other out. Price-wise, there might be a very, very minor premium for the newer West side, but it’s almost so small that it’s not worth mentioning.

Let’s not start a gang war here. We can all get along, right? 🙂 For the record, I’m an East side guy. But that doesn’t mean I can’t fun in the West, right? 🙂

Age-ism DOES exist in real estate, and I believe that certain homes should quote their age, and some should not. Square footage and age are usually not mandatory on MLS listings, which is unfortunate. But when you see homes in person, there are a few simple ways to figure that out.

Rigo Crossing has something missing on the main floor that might be important to some buyers, and even though Woodward is probably pretty rough inside, it was scooped up before this episode had time to air!
