I think my favourite part of today’s episode is something you can’t see unless you are a Realtor.  It’s in the comments on Bowring.  It’s back on the market with a little note to all the agents that want to put an offer in on this home… check your financing! Why? Because they probably just had a deal fall apart when they were listed for $20k less.
