Then we’ll look at a condo building not known for being the fanciest, but it’s great value and the location is arguably the best in town. There are some other competing condos on Costigan and the new Courtyards building, and I think the highest priced one is actually the worst of them all.

Furnace and air conditioner rentals are becoming common things in the market, and I’ll explain why I think it’s a huge circus. With the changing market, buyers don’t need to accept the terms and may be able to use the buyout as negotiation. $158/month is like having an extra property tax bill!
