Giddings is by far one of the most visually interesting homes we’ve seen in a while. That model usually sells in the mid-to-high $600’s, but one recently sold over $700k. They’re probably asking at least $50k extra for those improvements they’ve done.
Oh and we have the same model as Coombs coming out in a week or so. It’s one of my favourite floor plans by Mattamy, here’s the link to the floor plan.
Nice pool along with a 3700+ square foot home on Rixon. That’s the first listing I’ve seen on Rixon in a few years… it’s the kind of street that you stay on for a long time.
