Not long after I recorded the video, I read something that indicates the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), a federal agency, shares my thoughts.
Ultimately, predictions are just that… and there’s no guarantees when it comes to something like a real estate market. But I think people are going to look back on this little window of opportunity in the summer as a chance they wish they had back.
Then we’ll compare two homes – one where they listened to the market, and another that may have missed the signals.
