Well, I had all the best intentions to make a video today, because it’s been a few days thanks to a cold I caught from my daughter.
But then I looked at the list and didn’t have much to say. It’s a pretty small one today, with just five properties.
I suppose if I HAD to say something, I really like the floor plan on Blain. It’s called an Opal model. The middle floor family room is handy, and all of the rooms feel like they’re in the right place. It’s much better than the vast majority of “split”-style designs, at least to me.
The park in front of McDuffe looks nice too. Be careful, because the furnace and air conditioner are rented for $139/month. When you’re replacing your furnace and air conditioner, only get set up on a rental plan if you plan on being there for the next 5-10 years. Most buyers do NOT want to assume that contract, and will demand that a seller pay out the agreement (which is often more than buying the equipment new) prior to closing. It can be an ugly sticking point in a negotiation – seller tries to convey the benefit, buyer wants nothing to do with it.
Which brings us to today’s theme song… you don’t want “nothing from nothing” because that means nothing. Right?
