I can’t believe the amount of errors in today’s episode!
From omissions of rental items and offer dates, to wrong square footage multiple times, to messy clutter, to bad (or non-existent) photos, to poor grammar choices… at least half of these listings are in pretty rough shape.
Some are even multiple offenders in the same listing! Let’s sort it out together in the video.
It’s worth mentioning that there are a couple of solid choices in the list, too. It’s not all bad. My favourite is the home on Barclay, especially if the sellers pay for the furnace and air conditioner buy-out.
My first choice was to call this episode “Nazis beware”, but I realized that’s probably in poor taste. You’ll know what I mean when you watch the last few minutes. 🙂
