Timberlea was built mostly in the 1980’s, and you tend to get more square footage and size than many of the homes in Old Milton and Dorset Park. Double-garage two-storey homes are very popular with growing families, and the area can be a great balance between modern features like larger closets and ensuite washrooms, and having a lot size much larger than many of the newer neighbourhoods.
