As always, it’s an interesting day at MDH Headquarters. 🙂 One of today’s photos leads you to believe that there’s a tranquil pond somewhere close to the house… meanwhile it’s nowhere near the actual physical location of the property, and to make it worse… the home faces train tracks!
Oh dear… but the rest of the list is doing well. There’s development land by the 401, plus a good deal on a starter townhouse just over $300k, a big 2-bed condo with the cheapest condo fees in Canada (great option for an empty nester), a bank sale and an attempted fix-and-flip that will probably fall flat. Plus I’ll share why the taxes on the outskirts of town can decrease property values substantially.
