Is it fair to call a property “stunning” if it’s just nice? What’s wrong with just being a good solid property that’s clean and tidy…
I suppose it goes both ways. Sometimes agents try to make a home more than it is, and there are other times where they could almost brag even more about how awesome it is. What do you think? Are there phrases that should be banned from listing vocabulary? Anything you see that’s overused a bit? 🙂
