I’ve said this many times… there will never be a robot that will be able to handle that last few feet of a transaction – helping a buyer and seller with completely opposite needs come to an agreement. And I know for me, choosing a Tenant is very much about reading body language, asking intelligent questions, looking at personal hygiene and lots more.
Oh and here’s a quick tip: How somebody keeps their car is a good indication of how they live in a house. Remember that!
