Chuck recently sold our house in a very difficult market. It was a time when prices were dropping every week and avg days on market was 8 weeks plus. It was our first time selling a home so it was a little unnerving but Chuck reassured us it would sell and explained how the market has changed quite a bit since we purchased our first home 15yrs ago and explained how things worked. Our home sold in the 4 week timeline. We had a significant amount of showings and quite a lot of people walk through our home. From working with the staging coach providing tips how to declutter and stage our home to getting it ready for pictures and video, to the followups and check ins on market data and reviewing the list price and comparables it was all a great experience. The marketing materials were amazing. Chuck is an amazing realtor. He is well respected in the industry. He knows the market and Milton area so well. His negotiation skills are exceptional.
