This episode probably sounds a little “ranty”, but when I see wrapping tape on a fridge, rotten photos (next to good ones), and clutter, I just can’t help myself.

The implied message to buyers is that YOU DON’T CARE. And in a market where about 30% of homes are selling in any given month, that’s not the kind of message you want to be sending out.

Buyers are smarter than ever, and they won’t settle for nonsense right now.

Van Fleet is still “baking” onto greenspace, and Stoutt is pricing like they’re in Oakville in March.  And here’s the ORTIS listing that will have a tough time against the current competition.
