In the world of digital photos and today’s MLS, you are only as strong as your weakest photo. One of today’s listings is “mostly” renovated, but I think the shot of the less renovated area of the house really takes away from the whole impression.
Plus, I’ll share two of the MOST important lessons every real estate investor should know… and I’ve seen some horror stories when they choose to ignore the fundamentals. Milton, as I’ve mentioned before, is a great place to live, but I don’t count it as a premium place to buy investment properties. I’ll explain why in the video.
