Another big sale last night with 15 offers and $50k+ over asking. THIS is the Spring market, right here and now, no matter what the calendar says. At the beginning of the video, I’ll explain what keeps me up at night.

If you watch these episodes with any regularity, you know that I’m a big fan of the GreenLife buildings at 383 Main and 33 Whitmer. Three bedrooms and two parking spots for $460k is a green light in my books.

Peru is close to town but be careful about proposed plans to build out the area … it may not be as rural in the next ten years. Then we’ll look at two multi-million dollar properties… and why it’s such a challenge when you reach a certain price milestone.
