There are a handful of streets that I just couldn’t imagine living on… for one reason or another. One of today’s homes is lovely… but I’m just not sure I could call it home. I’m serious … just google the name. It will forever be burned in my brain with its definition.
(It feels extra bad because the street is named for a local First World War veteran)
Plus, the magic combination of no inside photos plus a description that hints towards “making it your own” equals a fixer upper. And we have two identical floor plans… one is the clear winner, at least to me.
They don’t make them like they used to… this is true, and sometimes for good reason – 60 square foot bedrooms are not exactly ideal. But try finding a 1/3 acre lot in the new area. Just watch your lot size using the GIS map (LINK), and check the zoning in the Maps tab in the upper left corner. I use this tool everyday.
