It’s funny — had some initial feedback from the video asking if I was in a bad mood… I’m feeling great! Sorry if I gave that impression.
Today is the big weekend round-up!! If you don’t know the definition of “Poor Man’s Crown Moulding”, you heard it here first. Some really nice stuff, and finally I get a chance to tear strips off a few homes (although I may have been a little harsh…). The worst offender didn’t even take pictures of their basement because it was so bad. Shame, because the agent who listed it is a really nice lady, but she’ll have a tough time getting it sold. Adding to that, it’s on Fourth Line, which can be a busy street.
