One of today’s houses backs onto a future plaza. Open field today (as per the old listing), but eventually the view will be much different. The good news is that Milton will soon have a Sobey’s. Be aware, and make sure to check the zoning maps. Or you can get somebody with the knowledge and experience to help you, like me. 🙂
