Another quiet day at the end of August, with only five properties.

It looks like the home on Duncan Lane has a triangular lot, which gives the “two separate backyards” scenario.  That’s a very healthy size (2,000+ square feet) for the mid-$600k price range.  The nine-foot ceilings make it seem more like a detached home than an end-townhouse.

I’ve always liked the layout on Tyrone – there’s a small front office, with an open concept kitchen and family room.  Upstairs has a small office nook, laundry, and three well-sized rooms.  This home has been listed a few times, but I don’t really see anything wrong with it… at all.

Some people may knock it down for not having hardwood, but that’s super easy to install yourself.  Two things you can’t change:  the location, and the size of the box.  Everything else is just LEGO pieces… doors, walls, paint, floors, lights… that’s easy stuff.

Graham Bell continues the string of great options coming out of Dorset Park.  Lord Simcoe ALREADY has an accepted offer!  I like the pool on this one.

No commentary video today… just not much to talk about.  But I did record a video last week about the three types of real estate markets.  Enjoy and have a great weekend!
