Today we’ve got one of the only Mattamy Spicebush models I’ve ever seen listed… and it’s a good one with a thick forest behind and tons of excellent upgrades. There’s also a couple of nice double garage homes – my favourite is on McDougall with a finished basement and an open concept plan.
