In the last five months, the prices have increased by about 10%. It’s been quite a drastic change, and certainly hard to keep up with. Now, one of today’s listings is an awesome little detached house, about 1400 square feet, backing onto a pond for only $429,900. I feel like they’re pricing based on 2011… so definitely jump all over that one, because it’s a HOT deal.
Also, compared to the Greenlife condo listings yesterday, the 1-bed plus den in today’s episode is so much better. There are a total of 19 listings today, and I apologize for the muffled sound in a few parts. Must have had my hand in the wrong spot!
